No. Those are exclusively for those who pledged in those tiers They will not be add ons for later. Any extras I may have will be put up on my website after the campaign closes.

You didn't answer my comment/discussion
The backerkit section that alerts that there are new comments/discussions is incredibly bad. In my campaign last year I got no notifications for comments until after I had shipped most rewards out. And even then it was like 2 emails. I had NO idea there were discussions to be checked until a month after I’d shipped everything out.

Art vs physical pins?
More a PSA than a FAQ but it’s important to note! All enamel pins are subject to differences from the original art. Color matching is a big difference that can happen. Sometimes the color shade in the art cannot be done in enamel or the colors don’t match with what comes through on a monitor. Just know that with any major issues or design changes, I will do my best to communicate that with everyone. I want these pins to look as great as they can and want them just as bad as you do!

Can I get a refund?
I will be accepting refund requests up to 30 days after the end of the campaign. After 30 days I will not be accepting refunds. Once orders are locked in, there will be no refunds or exchanges given. Should your order be damaged in transit to you, please take photos and contact me at [email protected] to see what can be done.

Is shipping charged seperately?
Yes. You will pay once for your pledge and then the shipping will be a secondary charge later.

UK shipping
I will not be using Etsy as a means to ship to the UK. I won’t be collecting VAT/taxes/duties for these orders.
UK customers are responsible for paying VAT and other import duties/taxes when receiving their package.
There will be NO refunds for customers who don’t want to pay VAT/taxes/duties when they receive their package.

Why and when should I complete the survey?
The survey should be completed as soon as possible. The survey is where I get all the information I need to fulfill your rewards and send them to you. Without this information, I canNOT send you your rewards.

MIssing/damaged items
If you get your order and find you’re missing something in your order or you received your items damaged, email me at [email protected]. If your items are damaged, take pictures of the items to send in your email to me. Without pictures I will not be able to help you.

I bought through a proxy....
If you have any issues with your order and you used a proxy to get it, I can not help you. Once it leaves me and goes into the hands of another person before it gets to you, I can not be responsible for missing/damaged items.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
